That's right, Colin Firth is English - I'd rather die than hear the most charming Mr Darcy speak with an American accent! I think Kevin Spacey could have done a good job as Robert Langdon. Not least because he wears a Mickey Mouse watch in real life. But I see no reason Tom Hanks can't do a great job of this.
