I think the end makes some pretty big leaps of faith at the end, though.... I think that while he makes a good case for it being technically possible, that doesn't prove that it really happened.

I strongly recommend "The Messianic Legacy" by the same authors when you're done reading "Holy blood, holy grail" It is the sequel to “Holy blood, holy grail” and together, they make more sense. After I put down the first one, I felt there wasn’t an ending to the book. I’m halfway through the second one and things started to make sense… Although, I think these are the kinds of books that should be read more than once to be fully understood.

If they can't find it, try amazon.com. I got it there brand new at half the price.

IS the Messanic Legacy about the same thing or a different, yet similiar topic?

Different yet similar… it explores the religious part from Jesus’ time and up and how religion was used to control masses or disguised as a theory for the same goal. They also try to explain symbolism… I didn’t finish the book yet, and I don’t have a full-formed opinion about it...

still waiting for it.....my library is slow, and after Da Vinci Code came out, any book vaguely connected has been very popular.

I know… I took me forever to find “Digital Fortress”… But this one… some things I don’t know if I should even think about! I’ll tell you more when I’m done with it… Have fun!
