If the rotating clear text function uses a "time-variant" as Dan Brown mentioned, isn't it possible to prevent the cleartext from shifting by disabling the computer clock? Just a thought...

kevin its 4ya... stoppin d computer clock's to nullify d effect of time-variant rotating cleartext function is possible but there's no such thing called as rotating cleartext function, not to my knowledge atleast...if there's something like dat throw some light on it! wat u hv thought cannot be done in NSA atleast coz wat bout the timestamp of critical data which's been accessed by the US Government??? just a thought!!!

I figured it out!!! I'll give a quick hint The Police has a song called "Every Breath You Take". think about the theme of the song! The numbers do correspond to something.
