Hello. Bonjour.
I'm new here.

I'm 16, I'm french (if you didn't know, look at my avatar), and I live in Normandie, between two cows (I don't know why britishs and americans like Normandie, it's raining six days on seven).
So, I discovered Dan Brown's books in march, whith Da Vinci Code. Just after, I read Anges & Demons, and I prefer this novel. I am just reading Deception point, and I don't like the story.
I like to read books, and, just after Dan Brown, my favorite author is Douglas Adams, the british author of The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy.
Oh, yes : last week, I seen Da Vinci Code, the movie. What is that ? Where is the first cryptex ? Why did he that ? And why the episode of the Louvre during 20 minutes ?
But Audrey Tautou and Jean Reno were excelents ! (Vive la France ! lol)

I don't know if you'll can seek my english, but I did my better.

Welcome to all the newbies, both the ones who've posted already and the ones who are just lurking.

Ben-J, your English is fine. I think we all understood everything you've said. Excellent work.

Language question is interesting for me too. I have already done several posts in different threads. Please, tell me the truth. What do you think about my English?

Your English is as good as most of the native English speakers on this board, Cornflower. Better than some.

There are lots of people here whose first language isn't English. Also, I'm willing to bet there are at least a few others from France. It's a pretty international site. Dan Brown gets around.

I'll be French next September...kind of. I'm going to live in Paris for a semester. And I agree, Vive la France!
