I wonder how many of you have heard of David Icke:
http://www.davidicke.com/
He appears in a DVD about the Illuminati, and believes that descendents of a reptilian bloodline (so-called lizard people) rule the world.
David used to believe he was the Son of God. I'm not sure he still thinks that. But the questions is. Is he a raving loony, or a sane lizard person?

Yup, folks, I go along with the thesis that the sly Lizard People will point their finger elsewhere...Hickey, maybe, but damnit, the Tuetonic in these Lizard Folks leaves a distinctive trail.

Just checked the site. David's "FANTASTIC NEW BOOK" is now available.
From the site, one reader described this book as "Holy Crap"...

David Icke has been around for a while. I remember him saying, can't remember when, that Masons were all spawn of the lizards! I really (hisssssssss) don't bel(hissss)ieve it though!

I been fortunate enough to see David Icke talk "live". The whole audience was laughing at him. But, lots of revolutionary thinkers are laughed at. Sounds like a potential area for Dan to research.

If Dan ever writes about lizard people, I will wholly embrace Dazzle's view of him.

LOL! Come on Sephia - you can't say that! Poor Dan! He wouldn't be able to cope with more than *one* Dazzle!
Anyway, I suspect Dan is more likely to write about owls than lizards... and how owls they deliver letters to non-muggles...

That I wouldn't mind too much, though JK Rowling might...

Yes, imagine how easier it would have been for Robert Langdon, had he owned a Nimbus 2000 and a 13 and a half inches Ollivander magic wand...

LOL Ms Vetra! I was thinking of a more serious collaboration. It would be one way for Jo to continue to explore the magical world, after the Harry Potter series finishes next year.
Imagine Robert Langdon noticing the symbology in Diagon Alley, for example. And, no, Ms Vetra, I'm not talking about the symbology present in all those long, rigid pieces of wood in Mr Ollivander's shop!

I don't understand what you're implying here but I do agree on one thing: Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley would make a wicked set for the next Robert Langdon adventure!

Harry Potter and the Symbology of Voldemort's Avatar?
naah.. I don't think their writing styles are similar enough to allow them to work together well.

I agree that the writing style of the Harry Potter series doesn't match the Robert "Leaky" Langdon series. But, I don't think that menas the two worlds couldn't be married effectively...

Hi MsVetra,
I ain't seen this Wogan Nonsense but from memory it will be Point-Counterpoint, in that Wogan was the first to host and proclaim David as the "Son of the Godhead"...later, David apologised for this faux pas, blaming this period as one of confusion and a breakdown of sorts...hmm. Perhaps the answer to the proposed question of this thread is he is both lunatic and reptilian. David, if you are out there in the house, give us your sign in the serpent tongue. Rosey (Hissssss)

I used to know him quite well at one point, and I made a point of asking him about why he decided to talk about the reptillian stuff. He went on to say that he was approached by many people over the course of a few months whilst on a US tour, and that they all independently described having seen people change (shape shift) into these reptiles. He took this as being more than a coincidence, and decided to talk about it. Naturally this seems to have discredited him as a researcher in the eyes of many, understandably.
I could not help but feel at the time he said this, that he was perhaps a target for disinformation. So although I am not inclined to believe that they exist, in order for disinformation to work effectively, there needs to be some elements of truth. There are numerous accounts well before David Icke's research, about entities associated with UFO's and psychic phenomenon that could be described as demonic (Don't panic I'm not religious), and reptillian in appearence. A book I read as a teenager called 'The Dark Gods', described such entities as the 'ultraterrestrials', interdimensional beings that feed off negative human emotion.
The 'Mothman' sightings were sited and the authors linked them to the 'Illuminati', who were their human dupes used to engineer conflict for there sustinance. In several alleged accounts of Men In Black, these entities apparently change from human form into reptillian, and the 'All Seeing Eye' symbol is often witnessed on their suits, cards shown and on cars. It is most likely all nonsense, as logic would dictate but who can say for certain, and as bizarre as it sounds eerily it does make sense to a degree. So the Queen of England, or David Icke may not be a lizard, but I would not shut the book entirely. It is also worth remembering that had dinosaurs not been wiped out by a freak meteor, then they would have most likely evolved into reptillian humanoids. Perhaps that would be a good idea for a book, evolved dinosaurs from another multiverse, that escaped the extinction enter our time to control humanity. Spooky Dinosauroid

Well, David Icke did look a bit like a lizard on his recent Wogan interview. If he's not, perhaps he still is shapeshifter. I don't think we should *completely* rule out David being a lizard-like son of the God Head. I agree, it's unlikely, but perhaps what happened was that the dinosaurs didn't completely die out, and David Icke is part of sacred royal dinosaur blood-line that has been passed down through tens of million years of intelligent design.
Stranger things have happened...

I think a movie--actually a TV series--on UFO's and reptiles has already been done: is anyone here old enough to remember the series "V", about UFO's landing on earth and taking it over?

Hi All,
The subtext of David's "Reptilian" thesis is based on anti-Semitism and the so-called "Illuminati"...being one and the same. Casting my foggy-mind back, I thought Adolf Hitler suggested the same idea. Is David Icke a Reptilian clone of Adolf (who looks awfully like a Reptile). Do "Reptilians" rely on fools to canvas votes on their behalf? Rosey (Hissss)
